Shipping Policy
- We offer flat rate shipping at $17.99
- Orders over $250CAD are eligible for free shipping.
- We ship primarily via Canada Post, and shipments anywhere in Canada take up to 4-5 business days.
- Handling time: we strive to get orders out within 24 hours, but handling times may be up to 4 business days.
- We ship Monday to Saturday.
- Shipments to the US may take up to 10 business days to be delivered (not including handling time).
- Holidays and other Canada Post closures may affect shipping times. If you're concerned that your shipment is taking too long, please contact support@tidalbox.ca

My package hasn’t arrived or is missing items—what should I do?
All orders are shipped with tracking. If Canada Post shows the package wasn’t delivered through no fault of the buyer (e.g., incorrect address provided), we’ll ensure you either receive your package or a refund. Please note that depending on product availability, we may not be able to send an identical replacement immediately.
If your order is missing items, please leave everything in its original bubble wrap and keep the box intact. Take photos of the items and the shipping box. We’ll review the provided evidence, as well as our inventory, shipping weight, and other evidence to determine the next steps.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG community, we do not offer returns. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you on a solution.
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we incur.​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Prohibited Activities: When using the Site, you agree not to:

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tidalbox.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of any products or services from the Site.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

RIP & SHIP INFORMATION
- In order to participate in our Rip & Ship, find us on TikTok at tiktok.com/tidalboxtcg
- By default, all contents of products will be shipped (hits, bulk, code cards).
- If you've made an order and paid for shipping during the stream, you can select the Rip & Ship Combine Shipping option so that you don't have to pay extra shipping.
- Only items with the Rip & Ship tag are available during the stream. If you order other items from the website, they will ship sealed.
